About Our Firm: Our Firm was established in 1974 when Attorney Marvin Rudnitsky completed service as an Assistant Attorney General and Chief Counsel in the Pennsylvania Department of Commerce. In recent years, our clients have come from all over Pennsylvania and the Eastern Seaboard. We concentrate our work in 5 areas of the law:
